<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
The exposure head to backplane (EH-BP) cable should be checked. The exposure head's digital board
should also be checked (parameters stored in EEPROM must be restored if the board is swapped). Check
that the board has +5V. If there does not seem to be any hardware problem, an exposure head firmware
bug may have caused the crash.

</ServiceInformation>
<OperatorAction>
<DescriptionText><text>
The Platesetter should be rebooted. Reload the head firmware and LCA bundle, particularly if this
error follows a firmware upgrade or downgrade. Even if these actions clear the problem, Creo Service
